Our speaker this coming Tuesday, September 15, 2020, will be District Court Judge Jim Reynolds with a continuation of his initial speaking engagement at our meeting on August 25, 2020. Judge Reynolds' initial discussion was very interesting and there were lots of questions from attendees. As a result, he was asked to speak more about Drug Court in Lewis and Clark and Broadwater Counties and some of his observations about drug usage and its impact on the justice system (and society in general.)
