Suicide Prevention speaker, Dorea Wilmoth

Dorea Wilmoth (shown here with Club Chair, Dan McLean), Board Chair for the Montana Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention was our speaker Tuesday morning, November 14, 2017.  Dorea gave an excellent program on a difficult subject that touches nearly everyone.  Montana has the 3rd highest suicide rate per 100,000 of population, trailing only Wyoming and Alaska.  Suicide is the 10th leading cause of death in the U.S.  Men die of suicide 3.5 times more than women.  Please view more statistics and information at the Montana AFSP website:
