Engineers Without Borders

Tuesday, February 14, 2017, Program was Engineers Without Borders (“EWB”), an international, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life in developing countries through sustainable engineering projects.  Speaking on behalf EWB was Brett Rotz, an International Business/Political Science major at Carroll College.  Accompanying Brett was John Scharf, faculty advisor for the Carroll College based chapter of EWB.  Brett explained the efforts of the group in helping communities in Uganda, Mexico, Guatemala and St. Lucia where focus has been on water projects.  EWB will be February’s Trivia Night Fundraiser partner agency.
